PromptPal is a subscription-based SaaS platform. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled.
1. Free Trial
PromptPal may offer a 14-day free trial or similar promotional period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- You experienced a technical issue that our support team could not resolve
- Accidental or duplicate charges occurred
- The request is made within 7 days of the subscription charge
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Partially used subscription periods
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
- User dissatisfaction with AI-generated output
3. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email billing@promptpal.app
- Include:
- Your account email
- Invoice ID
- Reason for refund
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time purchases (e.g., credits, add-ons)
- Team/enterprise licenses once activated
- API credit usage
6. Changes to Refund Policy
