PromptPal is a subscription-based SaaS platform. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled.

1. Free Trial

PromptPal may offer a 14-day free trial or similar promotional period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • You experienced a technical issue that our support team could not resolve
  • Accidental or duplicate charges occurred
  • The request is made within 7 days of the subscription charge

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
  • User dissatisfaction with AI-generated output

3. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@promptpal.app
  • Include:
    • Your account email
    • Invoice ID
    • Reason for refund

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time purchases (e.g., credits, add-ons)
  • Team/enterprise licenses once activated
  • API credit usage

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
