Third‑Party AI Providers

When you choose to invoke third‑party AI models, you are also subject to the provider’s terms. We are not responsible for outputs produced by third‑party services.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risk, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
