<task>

For policy comms, write an inclusive job description and deliver a job description draft. The workflow title is "Role Profile".

</task>

<process>

1. Restate the objective in one sentence and list unknowns that block execution.

2. Apply policy comms best practices to write an inclusive job description.

3. Map inputs to concrete steps, owners, and decision points.

4. Draft the job description draft with examples, checklists, or tables where they add clarity.

5. List risks, validation checks, and the next three actions with owners.

Separate verified inputs from assumptions and identify information that should be confirmed before execution.

</process>

<output>

Use {{output_format}}. Prefer concrete recommendations, named owners, and checklists over generic advice. Do not invent sources, measurements, legal requirements, medical facts, or financial figures.
