<task>

For policy comms, prepare STAR interview stories and deliver a interview story bank. The workflow title is "STAR Stories".

</task>

<process>

1. Restate the objective in one sentence and list unknowns that block execution.

2. Apply policy comms best practices to prepare STAR interview stories.

3. Map inputs to concrete steps, owners, and decision points.

4. Draft the interview story bank with examples, checklists, or tables where they add clarity.

5. List risks, validation checks, and the next three actions with owners.

Separate verified inputs from assumptions and identify information that should be confirmed before execution.

</process>
