For upsell plays, prepare discovery questions and success criteria and deliver a discovery guide. The workflow title is "Discovery Guide".

</task>

<process>

1. Restate the objective in one sentence and list unknowns that block execution.

2. Apply upsell plays best practices to prepare discovery questions and success criteria.

3. Map inputs to concrete steps, owners, and decision points.

4. Draft the discovery guide with examples, checklists, or tables where they add clarity.

5. List risks, validation checks, and the next three actions with owners.

Separate verified inputs from assumptions and identify information that should be confirmed before execution.
